The Belgian-based logistics group JOST has agreed to acquire CTJ Janssen GmbH, a German transport and logistics company based in Grevenbroich. The acquisition is intended to strengthen JOST’s presence in Germany and expand its footprint within the European logistics sector.

CTJ Janssen has operated for over 40 years, specializing in road transport, logistics, and warehousing for the food, beverage, and consumer goods industries. The company generates an annual turnover of approximately 135 million euros, employs around 650 people, and operates a fleet of roughly 400 trucks and 500 trailers.

Following the completion of the transaction, the combined organization is expected to employ nearly 4,000 people across ten countries, including Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, and Tunisia.
