The Greek television network ANT1 is experiencing a period of significant personnel turnover among its journalistic staff.

The departures began with news presenter and international news editor Lefteris Prassinos, who announced his voluntary resignation after ten years with the station. He described the move as a way to close a professional chapter with “dignity and respect.”

This was followed by a broader wave of exits involving several prominent figures. Sports journalist Giorgos Triantafyllidis departed after 30 years, stating, “the time has come for my departure from the group.” Additionally, journalist Panos Katsaridis left the morning show “Proino,” and Panagiotis Stathis transitioned from ANT1 to ERT.
