A remastered concert film, ‘Juan Gabriel: Mi Primer Bellas Artes’, directed by María José Cuevas, has been released to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Mexican singer-songwriter’s death. The film captures his 1990 performances at the Palacio de Bellas Artes in Mexico City and incorporates previously unseen rehearsal footage discovered within the singer’s personal archives.

Following its release in Mexico, Latin America, and Spain, the film is scheduled for a nationwide release in United States theaters on September 15, 2026. A special premiere is also set to take place at Chicago’s Jay Pritzker Pavilion.
