In late September 2026, the firm appointed Roy Zaatar as Managing Director Senior Advisor and Group Head for the MEA region. Based in Dubai, Zaatar joined the leadership team to oversee relationship managers and support regional expansion in wealth management. Zaatar joined the firm from Barclays, where he spent 11 years, bringing experience from the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

By mid-October 2026, the bank announced a broader leadership realignment. Jean Pierre Dib and Philipp Kleinschnittger were named Co-Heads for the region, reporting to Rahul Malhotra, the Head of Region Emerging Markets.
