German national handball player Juri Knorr is set to join Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) in the summer of 2027. The 26-year-old playmaker, currently with the Danish champions Aalborg Håndbold, will sign a contract running until 2030, allowing him to move to Paris one year earlier than his original contract expiration in 2028.

Aalborg Håndbold confirmed the deal as the largest transfer in the club’s history. While the exact fee remains undisclosed, reports suggest it is approximately 250,000 euros, with the club stating the financial gain will be used to “further develop the organization.”

Knorr, who has previously played for FC Barcelona and Rhein-Neckar Löwen, will join fellow German international Renars Uscins at PSG. The move is viewed as a significant reinforcement for the French club in its pursuit of the Champions League title.

To address his departure, Aalborg has secured Faroese playmaker Elias Ellefsen á Skipagøtu, who is scheduled to join the club on a free transfer in 2027.
