Recent reports from Sweden highlight several incidents involving juvenile suspects in violent crimes.

In the Skåne region, two 16-year-old boys from Landskrona face charges for a series of violent robberies spanning over a year. The indictment alleges the suspects used animal masks, such as a bear and a pink rabbit, during home invasions and a grocery store robbery. The crimes involved threatening victims with weapons, including knives, pistols, and hammers, and in one instance, holding two individuals captive in an apartment. One suspect has admitted to a partial role in a robbery, claiming he was forced to participate, while the other denies the charges.

In Strängnäs, two teenagers aged 14 and 15 were detained following a shooting at a residence on September 24. The suspects face charges of attempted murder and serious weapons crimes. The detention of the 14-year-old reflects recent Swedish legal changes allowing for the arrest of minors in cases involving particularly serious offenses.
