Juventus is seeking to secure the future of defender Pierre Kalulu through contract renewal negotiations and a salary increase. The club views the 26-year-old Frenchman as a “fundamental pillar” of their tactical project due to his versatility as both a central defender and a right-back.

As interest from major European clubs—including Liverpool, Manchester United, Newcastle United, and Paris Saint-Germain—has intensified, Juventus has expressed that the player is not for sale. The club aims to finalize a new deal before the end of the year to mitigate the risk of losing him to Premier League or other top-tier sides.

Recent developments confirm that Liverpool and Manchester United are actively monitoring the defender, who is currently under contract with Juventus until 2029. Liverpool is reportedly seeking long-term defensive solutions, while Manchester United is looking for stability in their defensive line. While Juventus maintains a strong negotiating position, the persistent interest from Premier League sides may complicate renewal efforts. Should the club reconsider its stance on a sale, they may demand a high transfer fee, a decision potentially influenced by their future participation in the Champions League.
