Łódzka Kolej Aglomeracyjna (ŁKA) announced the return of PESA Elf 3.0 trains to service following technical repairs. The fleet had been withdrawn from operation due to recurring faults, including issues with door control systems and other components.

The manufacturer, PESA Bydgoszcz S.A., was held responsible for the malfunctions. Following diagnostic work and testing, the vehicles are expected to resume full service according to the official timetable by Friday, September 25. The technical issues had previously caused the cancellation of approximately 6 percent of scheduled services across the Łódź Voivodeship.
