French footballer Karim Benzema has made significant luxury investments in Dubai. During the launch of the Vision Iconic Tower at the Coca-Cola Arena, it was announced that Benzema acquired several residential units within the Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City development.

His acquisitions include a luxury residence in the Vision Iconic Tower, a 78-floor structure designed to house 1,426 residences and 27 retail outlets. Muhammad Binghatti, Chairman of Binghatti, noted that the investment reflects the company’s capacity to attract “international investors and global celebrities” to its projects.
