The municipality launched a pilot study for a Regional Smart Transportation Systems (AUS) Architecture in collaboration with the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. This project utilizes the ARC-IT model to create a digital model for the city, aiming to improve system integration and data sharing across transportation infrastructure. In a separate effort toward urban safety, the municipality signed a cooperation protocol with the Union of Chambers of Turkish Engineers and Architects (TMMOB) Kayseri Provincial Coordination Board. This agreement focuses on disaster resilience through risk reduction, technical support during emergencies, and post-disaster recovery.
