Legal proceedings have involved challenges to court orders. Kazeem’s counsel argued that an interim order issued on September 25 to preserve his properties violated his constitutional right to a fair hearing, claiming he was not served with a hearing notice. 

During a subsequent court appearance, Kazeem arrived via ambulance requiring oxygen. Testimony indicated he had been diagnosed with asthma and sepsis. Due to his critical condition, the judge directed that he be returned to the hospital while his legal team sought medical bail for specialized treatment.
