Keçiören Municipality has expanded its educational support programs through the KeçiKart system. Building upon previous initiatives that provided canteen and stationery assistance, the municipality has introduced free school shuttle services for middle school students. 

This new transportation program covers shuttle fees for students traveling between 0 and 3 kilometers from their residence to school. The KeçiKart system now centralizes canteen assistance for primary students, stationery aid for various school levels, and the newly added transportation support. Mayor Dr. Mesut Özarslan stated the goal is to ensure economic conditions do not prevent children from accessing education and to promote equality of opportunity.
