The Municipality of Berazategui has introduced plans for the Kennedy Norte Public Park project in Argentina. Led by Mayor Carlos Balor and supported by the provincial government, the initiative aims to recover more than two hectares of land at the site previously occupied by housing for families relocated to the Kennedy Norte Housing Complex.

Financed by the World Bank, the project is part of a wider urban and environmental recovery effort for the area. Federico Cattaneo, the provincial director of Management and Monitoring, stated that construction is projected to begin by the end of the year, with work expected to last approximately 150 days. Tenders for the project are currently open.
