A dispute arose between musician Kid Cudi and radio personality Ebro Darden after Darden shared details from a private, off-the-record conversation on ‘The Ebro, Laura & Rosenberg Show’. During the broadcast, Darden discussed Cudi’s relationship with Kanye West, specifically mentioning that Cudi had found it ‘tough’ to forgive and reconnect with West.

Kid Cudi initially criticized the broadcaster on social media, describing the disclosure as ‘classless’ and ‘thirsty’ because the exchange was not intended to be a formal interview. Following the incident, Cudi stated he would only engage in formal interviews with journalists in the future.

The tension has since been resolved, with Cudi accepting an apology from Darden. While reconciling, Cudi clarified that Darden’s account did not accurately reflect his words, emphasizing that he was not ‘runnin my mouth’ regarding personal matters.
