Kim Kardashian has shared details regarding her parenting routine and the childcare support system she utilizes for her four children: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.

In an interview with The Sunday Times, Kardashian revealed that she employs five nannies on a rotation so that ‘one is always on duty’ to accommodate her professional schedule. Despite this assistance, she emphasized her active involvement in their daily lives, including handling school runs, reading bedtime stories, and ensuring the family eats dinner together every evening.

She described her parenting style as ‘intermediate-strict,’ aiming to teach her children about gratitude and hard work. Additionally, Kardashian noted that she and her ex-husband, Kanye West, maintain communication to stay aligned on major decisions, specifically regarding their eldest daughter North’s interests in music and fashion. She stated that they work together to approve any professional projects North undertakes.

Following these disclosures, Kardashian has faced public scrutiny on social media. Some critics have accused her of being an ‘absentee parent’ due to her significant wealth and demanding professional schedule.
