The Kinmen County Government has implemented several administrative initiatives aimed at improving governance and public safety.

In mid-October, the Integrity and Discipline Department conducted outreach during the Lieyu Taro Season to promote anti-corruption and fraud prevention. Using interactive tools like ‘integrity lottery sticks’, the program educated residents on anti-bribery, anti-election fraud, and the Whistleblower Protection Act.

Concurrently, the government launched training seminars focused on urban planning and building management. These sessions, which began on October 8, provide instruction for public employees and industry professionals on building permits, land use zoning, and structural safety assessments for older buildings.
