The 51st Kips Bay Decorator Show House is being hosted at a landmarked 1839 Georgian townhouse located at 80 West Washington Place in New York City’s Greenwich Village. The event features 22 designers and architects who are transforming the six-level property into various immersive interior spaces. 

For the first time, the showcase will include a dedicated curator, Gay Gassmann, to integrate American artworks from prominent galleries into the designs. Themes for the interiors range from celestial bodies to 1970s Manhattan. 

The annual event serves as a fundraiser for the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club to support youth educational and enrichment programs. Over the last five decades, the showcase has raised between $33 million and $35 million for the organization.
