The Municipality of Kolašin has announced a scholarship program for the 2026/2027 academic year. The initiative offers 100 euros per month to full-time undergraduate and master's students.

Eligibility is primarily based on academic performance, requiring a minimum grade point average of 9.00. However, the municipality has established lower requirements for students in deficit professions, such as mathematics, physics, architecture, medicine, and forestry, where a 8.00 average is sufficient.

Additional provisions ensure support for students with disabilities, those without parental care, and students receiving material assistance, regardless of their grade average. Applicants must provide documentation regarding citizenship, residency, enrollment, and academic success, while certifying they are not receiving other scholarships or employment.
