Til Kumar Menyangbo, a senior CPN-UML organizer, indicated he received a “green signal” to become the next chief minister following a meeting with party chair KP Sharma Oli.

Under the terms of the agreement, the UML will control five ministries, including the chief minister’s office, while the NCP will be allocated four ministries.
