The La Toja Forum is preparing for its upcoming edition on the island of A Toxa in Galicia, which will convene a diverse group of global leaders, including heads of state, ministers, academics, and business leaders.

Organizers have framed the event around the theme of “A World in Disorder,” with Antón Costas noting that “the new normal is disorder” in the current geopolitical landscape. Discussions are expected to focus on critical contemporary challenges such as the stability of liberal democracies, artificial intelligence regulation, industrial policy, defense, and the shifting balances of multilateralism.

Additionally, the forum aims to facilitate dialogue between Iberian, Ibero-American, and European leaders, emphasizing cooperation and the importance of building bridges in a confrontational international context.
