The Hue People's Committee has issued a notice to recover land for the Tu Ha - Huong Van residential project, also known as the Regal Capital Hue project. The project is a joint venture between Regal Group Joint Stock Company and Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company.

Authorities cited violations of land laws under Clause 6, Article 81 of the 2024 Land Law as the reason for the decision. The recovery covers 107,378.7 square meters in the Huong Tra area. Developers have 45 days to complete necessary procedures and hand over the site to the state, or face compulsory land recovery. Construction at the site has currently ceased, leaving unfinished structures and materials abandoned.
