In Peru, journalist Samuel Suárez criticized media personality Alejandra Baigorria on his podcast ‘Q’Bochinche!’. Suárez argued that Baigorria’s fame was constructed through the exposure and monetization of her romantic life, specifically citing her past relationships and the sale of exclusive wedding content. Magaly Medina expressed support for portions of this critique. In Argentina, actress China Suárez addressed social media criticism regarding her shopping habits after being filmed without consent in a Miami retail store. She responded by sharing photos of herself using accessible brands. Concurrently, Spanish singer David Bisbal addressed inquiries regarding his former relationship with Suárez while in Buenos Aires, choosing to focus his comments on his three children. A public dispute has resurfaced between media personalities Wanda Nara and China Suárez following Mauro Icardi’s recent vacation in Mexico with Suárez and his children. The tension escalated after Icardi posted on social media regarding his daughters, prompting a response from Nara. Nara briefly shared a follower's comment on her social media profile that contained a derogatory remark directed at Suárez. Although the post was deleted after approximately 12 hours, the incident has reignited public discussion regarding the long-standing conflict between the two women, which dates back to 2021. ## Timeline ### 2026-10-25: Wanda Nara and China Suárez engage in social media dispute Media figures Wanda Nara and China Suárez have entered a new social media dispute following Mauro Icardi’s recent travels with Suárez and his children. 3 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/china-surez-and-david-bisbal-address-personal-matters-in-recent-media-interactions ### 2026-10-02: Samuel Suárez criticizes Alejandra Baigorria over media exposure Journalist Samuel Suárez criticized Alejandra Baigorria, claiming her public fame is rooted in the exposure and monetization of her personal romantic life and reality TV history. 5 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/samuel-surez-criticizes-alejandra-baigorria-over-media-exposure --- Cite as: Latin American celebrity media controversies.
