The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has advanced several temple projects in the United States.

In Colorado, construction has commenced for the Colorado Springs Colorado Temple. During a groundbreaking ceremony on September 12, 2026, Elder Karl D. Hirst presided over the event. Once finished, this site will be the fourth temple in Colorado.

In Kansas, the Wichita Kansas Temple has entered its open house phase. Following a media day on September 21, 2026, the facility will offer free public tours through October 10. As the first temple in the state, it is scheduled to be dedicated on November 1, 2026, by Elder Patrick Kearon.
