Union Minister of State Anupriya Patel launched the ‘India Pharma Archives’ during the IIMA Healthcare Summit in Ahmedabad. Developed through a partnership between the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) and the Indian Pharmaceutical Alliance (IPA), the digital repository is designed to document 125 years of the Indian pharmaceutical industry, spanning from 1901 to 2025.

The archive serves as a digital resource containing company histories, archival records, rare films, and industry timelines. It specifically features oral histories from first-generation pharmaceutical founders to capture the experiences of entrepreneurs facing scientific and regulatory challenges. The platform currently includes more than 250 video stories, interviews with over thirty industry leaders, and nearly 1,000 documents and resources.
