State and federal authorities conducted search operations in the towns of Solferino and Chiquilá within the Lázaro Cárdenas municipality. These operations resulted in the seizure of a cannabis greenhouse containing dried cannabis and live plants, along with various drug packaging materials and other substances.

In addition to narcotics, officials recovered a significant cache of weaponry, including three 7.62 caliber long guns, an AR-15 style rifle, a grenade launcher, 14 magazines, and over 370 cartridges. Tactical gear, such as bulletproof vests marked “Marina” and ballistic plates, was also seized. The items have been placed at the disposal of ministerial authorities to investigate the origin of the weapons and potential links to criminal activities.
