Leaderships from Hezbollah and the Amal Movement have emphasized the need for national partnership and state-led reconstruction to address Lebanon’s economic and social crises. A primary focus of these efforts is facilitating the return of displaced residents to their villages, particularly in Southern Lebanon.

In Southern Lebanon, the distribution of prefabricated homes has begun, including a first batch delivered to Zoutar al-Gharbiya. Reports indicate that additional prefabricated homes, which were diverted from Gaza by Turkey after Israel prevented their arrival, are expected to be sent to Lebanon and distributed through local municipal committees. Concurrently, political sources noted directives for Hezbollah and Amal-affiliated media to focus on their own political projects rather than highlighting state-provided aid.

Mustafa Fouani, head of the Amal Movement's executive body, has further asserted that the government’s priority must be the South and the withdrawal of enemy forces. He criticized Israeli military actions, stating that the destruction of infrastructure, agricultural lands, and health facilities threatens human security and the right of residents to return to their homes.
