The facility owner, Rüya Doğan Arsalı, has denied involvement, claiming the device may have been planted by a competitor in an attempt at ‘brand assassination’. Police have been notified, and the facility’s internal security footage has been handed over to investigators.

In Ankara, a legal battle persists following the death of 20-year-old Mehmet Keleş, who fell from a 12-meter aquapark slide. After an initial decision to drop charges was overturned by the Ankara 12th Criminal Judgeship of Peace, a new expert report is being sought to investigate safety standards and the presence of personnel.
