On September 1, the Suwon District Court Yeoju Branch issued a suspended sentence. The court sentenced Lee to 1 year and 6 months in prison, suspended for 3 years. The ruling took into account Lee’s expression of remorse regarding his actions, which included 664 instances of illegal gambling totaling approximately 870 million won between May 2023 and October 2024.
