Speculation regarding LEGO’s 2027 lineup suggests the introduction of NBA-licensed basketball sets, potentially including official minifigures of players like LeBron James. Rumors also point to a large-scale Superman set featuring the Daily Planet, expected to release in July 2027 to coincide with a DC Studios film.

In a separate development, the LEGO Group and Nike have officially announced a collaborative space-themed collection for children. This collection includes footwear such as the Nike Air Force 1 Low LV8, which utilizes textures and colors reminiscent of astronaut space suits, and the S. T. Dynamite, which features color-shifting finishes and glitter outsoles to evoke an ice-planet aesthetic. The apparel line consists of four styles inspired by basketball uniforms and tunnel-walk fashion, incorporating LEGO character details and brick-built graphics.

International distribution across Latin America, Asia, Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa is scheduled to begin on November 2, 2026. The North American release is slated for November 24, 2026, through Nike’s website and selected retail locations.
