Level-5 has provided updates on two upcoming role-playing games scheduled for 2027 release on PlayStation 5, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2.

The investigative RPG Decapolice has been delayed from 2026 to 2027. The title features a ‘Decaism’ system for crime scene reconstruction and a ‘Case Board’ for connecting clues. Level-5 is collaborating with the escape room specialist SCRAP to enhance the investigative experience. 

Additionally, the company revealed details for Holy Horror Mansion, which utilizes a ‘Playgroundification’ mechanic. This allows players to photograph objects to transform them into supernatural creatures called Mononoke. The game features highly interactive environments and a story involving an entity known as De Ville Corp. 

A playable demo for Holy Horror Mansion is expected to be available at the Tokyo Game Show 2026.
