LG Electronics has initiated a global campaign to promote its transition toward AI-driven home environments and robotics. The company premiered a brand heritage video in New York’s Times Square, highlighting its history and the “Zero Labor Home” philosophy. This campaign emphasizes “Physical AI” and advancements in robotics, such as the LG CLOiD home robot.

Following the New York premiere, the company expanded its showcases into Asia. In the Philippines, LG unveiled new AI-powered television lines at the Ayala Museum, featuring the α11 AI Processor Gen3 and the LG Shield security system. 

In Singapore, the company has deepened its presence through a partnership with Harvey Norman. In late October 2026, they launched the world’s first anchor LG AI Home experience zone at the Harvey Norman Millenia Walk flagship store. This installation utilizes a multi-room immersive diorama, including simulated kitchen, laundry, styling, living, and kids’ areas, to demonstrate the “Affectionate Intelligence” vision. Visitors can interact with appliances such as the LG Fit & Max French Door Refrigerator, the LG WashTower, and the LG Styler steam closet. The display also incorporates PuriCare air purifiers and transparent OLED panels to illustrate how AI can automate daily tasks and adapt to individual household routines.
