This roadmap is designed to strengthen institutional performance and improve service delivery for women, children, and vulnerable populations through more inclusive social protection systems. Following the plan’s launch, the Ministry commenced a nationwide assessment tour to evaluate the implementation of programs such as the Spotlight Initiative, the REALISE Project, and the Liberia Women Empowerment Project (LWEP). The tour aims to ensure government funding reaches intended beneficiaries and to identify local challenges across several counties, including Nimba, Bong, Lofa, Margibi, Grand Bassa, and River Cess. To support these efforts, the Ministry is distributing office equipment—including laptops, printers, and desks—to gender offices in all 15 counties to enhance data management and service delivery.
