Dominican Winter League (LIDOM) teams are undergoing roster and management restructuring ahead of the 2026-27 season.

Leones del Escogido has implemented a new baseball operations structure under General Manager Carlos Peña. The organization has focused on strengthening its bullpen, beginning with the retention of left-hander Lael Lockhart and the signing of right-hander Brett de Geus. Furthering these efforts, the Leones have signed pitchers Jackson Rees and Reid VanScoter. Rees, a 32-year-old right-hander with experience in the Toronto Blue Jays system, joins after pitching for the Tecolotes de los Dos Laredos. VanScoter, a 27-year-old left-hander from the Seattle Mariners organization, brings experience from the Double-A and Triple-A levels.
