His nutrition focused on a Mediterranean-style diet of leafy greens, seeds, olive oil, and lean proteins. Utilizing wearable technology and artificial intelligence to monitor real-time physiological responses, the research aims to understand how biological baselines shift dynamically due to factors such as sleep, stress, and diet.
