Lithuania has announced several regional and seasonal festivals scheduled for the autumn of 2026.

In Panevėžys, the fourth Open Industry Weekend will take place from September 25–27, showcasing various manufacturing sectors including electronics, metalworking, and food production. 

In Varėna, the International Mushroom Festival is set for September 12 under the theme ‘Forest Fairy Tale.’ This event will include the 23rd Lithuanian Mushroom Championship in the village of Žiūrai, where participants compete for the ‘Mushroom Picker’ prize to celebrate local foraging traditions. 

Additionally, the International Forgettingness Festival will be held from September 3–5 at the Vytautas Magnus University Botanical Garden in Kaunas. This event features an international competition for flower varieties involving participants from several countries, including the Netherlands, New Zealand, and France.
