The 12th edition of the Lleida Air Challenge was held at the Lleida–Alguaire Airport, focusing on technological innovation, artificial intelligence, and advanced air mobility. The event featured approximately one hundred exhibitors, including industry leaders such as DJI and Instadrone, and included an academic component to introduce students to aerospace careers.

Key developments during the event included discussions on AI in aviation and the presentation of the Esqual SB1, an ultralight aircraft prototype. While the fair showcased advancements in civil drones and the airport's capacity to serve as a technological hub, the closing 2,000-drone spectacle resulted in significant logistical issues. The massive crowd attracted by the display caused traffic congestion and queues of up to five kilometers, leading to criticism regarding the management of visitor influx.
