Construction of the Shopping Promenade commercial complex in Lleida, Spain, has progressed from the foundation phase to the erection of walls for the first buildings. 

The €145 million project, promoted by Eurofund and Frey, covers 56,000 square meters and is expected to open by the end of 2027. Key features of the development include 120 retail units, a cinema, and a 5,000-square-meter Esclat hypermarket by Bonpreu, which will feature a gas station and an online order collection point. The site will also include 2,300 parking spaces and approximately 20,000 square meters of green areas containing 1,000 trees.
