Various community, professional, and social events occurred across the Netherlands in mid-October 2026.

In the first week of October, a team-building weekend led by Rob Haveman utilized the TIPS framework to focus on group dynamics and cooperation through physical challenges and drumming. This was accompanied by a volunteer appreciation day featuring a golf tournament.

Later in the month, the third Hospitality Expo was held in Grave, bringing together approximately 200 visitors and 25 exhibitors to explore design, catering, and AI integration in interiors. Concurrently, Gorinchem hosted the 20th anniversary of the Familiedagen, a three-day event for families from Reformed and Reformational Christian backgrounds involving music and shopping.
