Kutno has implemented several local cultural and recreational initiatives. Following the conclusion of a three-day Rose Festival that featured concerts, markets, and rose exhibitions in Park Traugutta, the city has expanded its public attractions.

In October, the city officially opened the Park of Lights in Park nad Ochnią. Funded by the 2025 Kutno Civic Budget, this project utilizes LED-based installations, including large three-dimensional butterflies and illuminated roses, to provide a year-round attraction for residents and visitors.
