Various cities in Germany and Austria are hosting local cultural and community festivals.

In Düsseldorf, the Haus der Kulturen organized a summer festival at the Hofgarten under the motto ‘Ein Düsseldorf, viele Kulturen’ (One Düsseldorf, many cultures), featuring music, dance, and African drumming to promote diversity. Meanwhile, Wiener Neustadt held a summer culture program that attracted approximately 5,000 visitors through theater, music, and readings, concluding with the ‘Bunten Stadtfest’.

In Austria, festivities continued in St. Pölten with the 24th annual Beislfest, an event supporting local pub culture through music and food. In Mödling, the city held its second Stadtfest, which included a car-free day, museum access, and musical performances.
