The municipality of Caleta Olivia has implemented various programs focused on labor training, agriculture, tourism, and community services.

Initial efforts included occupational safety and hygiene training for UOCRA delegates, with an emphasis on women’s inclusion in the construction industry. Concurrently, the 13th Seed and Knowledge Exchange Fair was held to promote local family production through seed conservation and workshops on forestry and water efficiency.

Subsequent developments include the creation of a ‘Historical Oil Circuit’ tourist route in collaboration with Cañadón Seco, which involves surveying sites like the O-12 well. Additionally, the Bolivian Mobile Consulate provided essential documentation services to over 300 residents, while local community groups organized social events and fundraisers for cultural activities.
