The play ‘Affluenza’, written and directed by Andy Sandberg, is performing at London’s Riverside Studios. The dark comedy is set in the Hamptons and examines themes of power, privilege, and moral accountability through the legal defense of a teenager whose drunk driving caused a fatal crash. The narrative explores how the concept of ‘affluenza’ is used to argue that the character's actions resulted from an over-privileged upbringing.

The production features Noah Schnapp in his stage debut as Dylan, alongside Janette Manrara, Rupert Young, Juliet Cowan, Wallis Currie-Wood, and Donald Sage Mackay. Due to high ticket demand, the production’s run was extended from November 21 to November 28.
