Lorenzo Palmisani, a 22-year-old goalkeeper for Frosinone, has emerged as a notable talent in Serie A. His rise is attributed to the club’s youth academy system, where he progressed through various age levels, including the Under-14, Under-15, and Under-16 squads. His development involved technical training from several goalkeeper coaches, including Olevano, Costantini, and Cuomo, under the oversight of youth sector directors such as Lunghi, Fani, Salvini, and Frara.

Following strong performances, Palmisani signed a contract extension with Frosinone through 2031. His recent form has attracted transfer interest from Juventus and AC Milan. Former Frosinone Primavera coach Luigi Marsella has praised the goalkeeper, noting his “personality, composure, and ability to participate in team play with his feet.” Marsella suggested that Palmisani’s rapid adaptation to top-level football demonstrates the technical qualities necessary for high-level competition, though he noted that moving to a club like Juventus carries “immense responsibility.”

Reports suggest both Juventus and AC Milan are considering strategies to secure him, such as a permanent purchase followed by a loan back to Frosinone to ensure continued playing time.
