The Los Angeles Dodgers advanced to the 2026 National League Championship Series to face the Milwaukee Brewers. Following the conclusion of the postseason, the team entered the offseason facing significant roster changes, with eight players including Kiké Hernandez and Tarik Skubal expected to enter free agency.

Despite these departures, the Dodgers remain early sportsbook favorites for the 2027 World Series. However, the upcoming period is marked by uncertainty due to a scheduled Major League Baseball lockout on December 1, 2026, stemming from disputes over a proposed salary cap.
