The third season of the reality dating show ‘Love Island VIP’, hosted by Sylvie Meis, saw significant shifts in contestant dynamics following the arrival of Chiara Bartsch. Bartsch, a participant from ‘Are You The One?’, disrupted existing relationships in the villa after choosing David Schütz as a partner during a speed dating session, which left other contestants, such as Jessi, single.

Later in the season, the competition saw the elimination of Paco Herb and Chiara Bartsch. Following a vote regarding a lack of engagement in seeking romantic connections, participants cited a lack of serious intent as the reason for their departures. Celina Köther noted that Herb appeared to be putting in minimal effort, while male contestants nominated Bartsch due to a perceived lack of meaningful connections.
