An adaptation of the British format ‘The Hotel Inspector’, the series features experts Fred Sirieix and hotel director Pauline Petta, who undergo a 30-day immersion to analyze customer service, guest rooms, and financial accounts to implement recovery plans. The debut episode focused on ‘À la Vieille Halle’, a 17-room hotel-restaurant in Souppes-sur-Loing, Seine-et-Marne. The establishment, owned by Madame Hoang, faced deteriorating physical conditions and poor internet reviews. The intervention addressed management issues and staff tensions, with experts implementing a plan to renovate the premises and reorganize operations to prevent the business from closing. ## Timeline ### 2026-10-15: M6 launches new hotel rescue program Alerte à l’hôtel M6 premiered ‘Alerte à l’hôtel’, a new series where experts Fred Sirieix and Pauline Petta help struggling hotel owners revitalize their businesses within 30 days. 2 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/m6-launches-new-hotel-rescue-program-alerte-lhtel ### 2026-10-05: Fred Sirieix to host new M6 hospitality program ‘Alerte à l’hôtel’ M6 is launching ‘Alerte à l’hôtel’, a new hospitality coaching show featuring British TV star and French maître d'hôtel Fred Sirieix and expert Pauline Petta. 2 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/fred-sirieix-to-host-new-m6-hospitality-program-alerte-lhtel ### 2026-09-23: M6 expands rescue programming with new hotel series M6 is launching a new hotel rescue series, ‘Alerte à l'hôtel’, featuring Fred Sirieix and Pauline Petta, following the established format of its successful culinary program ‘Cauchemar en cuisine’. 3 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/m6-expands-rescue-programming-with-new-hotel-series --- Cite as: M6 launches hotel rescue program Alerte à l'hôtel.
