In Satna, flooding has disrupted daily life, with water entering homes, shops, and the local BJP office. The inundation of the political office led PCC Chief Jitu Patwari to mock the state government’s development claims on social media. In response to rising water levels, the Satna district administration declared holidays for all schools, colleges, and Anganwadi centers on September 2 and 3.
