Following their EuroCup appearance against KP Brno, the team returned to domestic competition in the Italian Serie A1. After an overtime loss to BCC Derthona, the squad prepared for a challenging away game against PF Broni at the PalaVerde. This matchup, coached by Mirko Diamanti, featured former teammates Anna Togliani and Sara Madera playing against one another.

In EuroCup play, Campobasso later suffered a 63-59 defeat against Celje. Despite managing to take a 42-45 lead entering the final quarter, the team experienced a late offensive blackout and defensive errors that allowed the Slovenian hosts to secure the win.
