Regional competitions for high school sports in Maine have progressed through various seasonal championships.

In late October, cross country regional championships concluded, with teams from Caribou, Presque Isle, Boothbay Region, and Wiscasset qualifying for state meets. Individual winners included Pierce Gorneault and Emma Graves from Caribou.

By early November, the focus shifted to high school soccer regional championships. Scheduled matchups included Class C North games between Fort Kent and Orono, Eight-Player North titles involving Wisdom High School, and Class A North finals featuring Camden Hills and Brunswick.
