The suspect reportedly admitted to the assault, stating, ‘I assaulted her due to caregiver fatigue,’ and claimed the violence had become a daily occurrence. The suspect had reportedly left his job in 2022 to care for his mother, with whom he had lived for approximately 13 to 14 years.
